What are the shipping options?

We offer free First Class postage to all UK addresses.

Express shipping (Royal Mail Special Delivery - next working day guaranteed) is also available at a cost of £6.99. 

International (non UK) orders are accepted. These do not include duties or taxes. Fees may be due upon receipt.

 

When will I receive my order?

The majority of orders are dispatched within 1 working day. We post all 'Standard' shipping orders (FREE delivery) via First Class post which usually takes 1-3 days for arrival. Express delivery orders are usually dispatched same day, with guaranteed next working day delivery. 

International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 'International Tracked & Signed', which can take 3-17 days for delivery, depending on the destination.

 

What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

Returned items are your responsibility until we receive them (recorded post is advised). Refunds are limited to the cost of the goods and postage if the product is faulty and to the cost of the goods only if the product is not faulty. To start a return, you can contact us info@gbregimentalwear.co.uk

 

What if I haven't received my order?

If an order has still not arrived by the estimated delivery dates, please contact us at info@gbregimentalwear.co.uk so that we can help you. 

 

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you are wishing to make changes to, please contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible after placing the order and we will try our best to help, which is usually possible unless the order has already been dispatched. 

 

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

All of our ties, bow ties, cravats and other accessories are made onsite at our factory in Wrexham, North Wales. All of our regimental fabrics are UK sourced and made.
